Jessie Dylan Rudicil is the founder and owner of J. Dylan Rudicil Applied AI Inc., a multidisciplinary innovation group. His entrepreneurial journey is rooted in a lifelong passion for leveraging cutting-edge technology to solve real-world problems. His background is a testament to his tenacious spirit, forged by a childhood of resourcefulness and empathy, which has become the foundation of his business philosophy.
Through NexMind OptimAI, Jessie has built a business focused on providing essential communication and security services to the community, including Lifeline Program Free Phone Services, wireless plans, and home security systems. This work is supported by his credentials as an Alarm Agent (CA BSIS) and his FCC licenses.
His primary focus, however, is on the advancement of healthcare and legal services through Lex Medical AI and Lex Legal AI. Lex Medical AI operates on the principle that everyone deserves the best healthcare. We have developed an AI-powered Symptom Checker, which has been rigorously tested to achieve a verified 100% accuracy for the common cold, flu, and COVID-19 before its public release.
His commitment to purpose-driven leadership extends to his inseparable companion, Maria, an all-white Siberian Husky who he rescued from a high-kill shelter. Maria reminds him to always see the potential in others. This principle guides his business model, which includes a commitment to social responsibility through scholarships, homeless outreach, and providing free healthcare for employees.

Maria is a purebred, all-white Siberian Husky with a lovable and sociable personality. As Jessie's fearless sidekick, she goes everywhere. She's an actual character, with a funny habit of trying to eat her food with her paws. Her love for treats is unconventional—her favorites are green beans and rice or black beans.
Maria's story is one of rescue and resilience. She was saved from a kill-animal shelter in California where she was almost put down. Today, she embodies the spirit of second chances and unconditional love.
